Responded very quickly! Based on the photo I provided he let us know the issue, cost, and when he could fix it (we reached out Thursday evening, fixed by Monday afternoon). Great communication & very happy with the work! Would definitely work with again.

The guys showed up and got to it after I showed them which gutters they were to replace. They kept asking me if there was anything that I noticed that was wrong, for which there wasn’t because these two guys were on top of everything and did an excellent job. Thank you Mike, your guys rock.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing has not changed since I started ! I am fair and very efficient at what I don so by being good it makes me more money by saving time on each job !
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is made I will personally come to your property and evaluate the job and give a quote on work to be performed ! Once hired I will come and do the job in a very professional matter and walk around after the job is finished to make sure everyone is happy ! Then the final step is invoicing !
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I feel I am an intivator in this industry! There are very few people that have the experience I have so learning from someone else is not necessary!
