At Kaiser construction we focus on transparency and honesty. All estimates will show time and material’s used on your project. We will not claim to do work we do not do just to get a job, if part of the job requires another trade we call them in to handle it correctly. We will not take money down until the day we start and once we start it is the primary job until it is completed (unforseen things do arise time to time).
Our primary focus projects are decks, kitchens, kitchen repair, counter tops, backsplash, vertical/wall tile, interior and exterior faux Stone, laundry rooms and 4 seasons rooms. Dump trailer rental- we drop off, you fill, we pick up.

We hired Kaiser Construction to rebuild and repair the rear decks of our small condo association. They were amazing! From the estimate to permits to supply delivery the communication from Jacob was professional and timely. While onsite the crew was friendly and respectful. Most impressive, this is a talented crew of carpenters. They had to do a lot of problem solving to stabilize and update our rotting multi-story decks. The craftsmanship is top quality work!
