I reached out to this plumber about installing a backup battery for a sump pump and provided the product information ahead of time. He gave me a fair installation quote and arrived on time as promised. After inspecting the sump pump, he discovered that the system I purchased did not include the battery needed for proper operation. He went out and purchased the correct battery himself, which I later reimbursed him for, and he didn’t charge any additional fee for picking it up or delivering it. He then installed the entire system professionally and took the time to explain to my elderly father how everything works. His honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. Highly recommend—excellent service from start to finish.

As a homeowner you always wonder if a contractor will rip you off for a simple fix but it was the complete opposite with Mike. My water heater’s pilot would not stay on after hours of work so I contacted iPlumb Plumbing and spoke with Mike who was the most honest and humble person I have ever spoken to about a quote for the job. He told me exactly what he thought was the issue and suggested I do it myself because it was quite easy and he didn’t want to charge me an absurd amount of money for a 5-minute job. I replaced a part in literally 5 minutes and my water heater started working. I absolutely recommend Mike for your future jobs as he will be honest and upfront with you as won’t have to worry about his honesty. Thank you Mike!!

Mike was awesome! I have no complaints. The situation wasn't the best and I didn't have time to shop around. Mike manage to squeeze me into his busy schedule, came to check out the job, confirmed that it was worse than I thought, came back with the proper equipment and got the job done! Thanks guys!

Michael Kroepfl responded to my request super fast and was able to get us on schedule to connect the new kitchen sink plumbing. Was on site before the scheduled time and was ready to start. The job was completed quickly and they left the area clean. Price is very reasonable. Will use again
