We had a plumbing emergency I contacted I Plumb 11/20 in the morning. Mike contacted me right away, I explained our situation he told me he could come in the afternoon. He was there and took care of our plumbing issues. He explained what he thought was the problem and what he was doing to fix it. Him and his partner took care of everything. We are extremely satisfied with their service!!

I will never use another plumber. He worked with me to figure out the issue and the part he’d need before he came out and fixed my problem quickly once he was here. Pricing was reasonable and he was just pleasant to interact with. I had a second problem with a sink not draining. Another company had quoted $350 to rod it, but he just fixed it with a plunger and I don’t think he charged me for it. (I didn’t ask for an itemized receipt, so he might have rounded up by like $5). I could not be happier with the services I received and I highly recommended this company to everyone.

As a homeowner you always wonder if a contractor will rip you off for a simple fix but it was the complete opposite with Mike. My water heater’s pilot would not stay on after hours of work so I contacted iPlumb Plumbing and spoke with Mike who was the most honest and humble person I have ever spoken to about a quote for the job. He told me exactly what he thought was the issue and suggested I do it myself because it was quite easy and he didn’t want to charge me an absurd amount of money for a 5-minute job. I replaced a part in literally 5 minutes and my water heater started working. I absolutely recommend Mike for your future jobs as he will be honest and upfront with you as won’t have to worry about his honesty. Thank you Mike!!
