I had requested a quote to replace a garage access door and another minor quick repair. When he came to replace the door I asked about 3 more quick projects that could be done at a later time. He looked at what I wanted done. He said it would be easy to fix these additional 3 items the same day. He actually completed 6 projects the same day and came in under his original quote for just the garage access door. Kyle responds to my emails and texts usually within 24 hours, since the project wasn't urgent I was impressed with the speed he responds. I still have a list of projects that need to be completed and a major item that has been sitting for years to be taken care of. I have been looking for a new handyman for 2 years since my former handyman retired. I now have found my new handyman.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have an hourly fee customers can go by which I will list below. First hour $40 Second hour $30 third hour $25 fourth hour $25 fifth hour $25 I offer a deal if you retain me for a whole day and also discuss flat rate prices for jobs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am finishing a one year technical diploma in Facilities Maintenance, I am taking my last class now. I am also close to finishing my associates in Business.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed fixing and improving things around the house. I served in the construction battalion in the U.S. Navy, and have gone to school for Business and Facilities Maintenance. I also worked as a mechanic for a few years. I just like repairs and improvements, it's who I am.
