Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Our work is divided in many different areas. We have homes that we clean, dental offices, doctor offices, and commercial manufacturing areas we clean too. That allows us to specialize in all these areas to make sure you get the best cleaning.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We do this for a living. Others clean part time or for extra cash. We are a local family who does cleaning for a living. So we put all we have into our cleaning. Going the extra mile my hand washing floor, doing a detailed and thorough cleaning everytime. We customize our cleaning to your exact needs and schedule.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I get great satisfaction in making our customers happy. Going the extra mile brings enjoyment to me. I also enjoy interacting with people. The job isn't glorious, but it brings others more time to be with their families.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How much do you charge? I usually charge a flat rate to clean. I come out and give a free estimate and give you a detailed plan of what will be cleaned and when and how much.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. The customers should know that cleaning is all the we do. This isn't just a part time job for us. This is our profession and we put everything into it for you.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I have done cleaning my whole working life. I did professional carpet cleaning for 4 years. Then I made the jump to banking. I lost my job in 2009 and decided to create a job for myself and family. So now my wife and I do home and business cleaning for a living.
