Introduction: Customers should hire Rescue My Roof because we will back our products and labor. We offer a 20 year or 50 year shingle warranty through Atlas. Most companies offer 5-10 years on labor and shingles get prorated after 12. We also offer a Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on NEW roofs. Rescue My Roof warrants to the homeowner that the roof installation will be free of defects in workmanship. Should a failure occur due to defects in workmanship, that may cause leakage or loss of shingles; Rescue My Roof will repair such problem by suppling labor for as long as you own your home. This warranty is transferable one time to your buyer.

The Rescue My Roof Team did a wonderful job not only on my roof but they also replaced a rotted soffit and fascia, along with adding some venting that was needed. I met with Dave for an estimate and within 4 days the job was done! I couldn't have asked for a better response time!! A Huge Thank you to the "Rescue My Roof" team!!

I am very pleased with the services I received from Rescue My Roof. From the initial meeting with Chris to discuss my roofing & other projects done ‘way up there’ on my roof, to the final meeting with Ken for the final check was exceptional. After meeting with other contractors, I decided on Rescue My Roof for a few reasons. Cost being the number one factor, not only was the quality of the shingles used top notch in the category, but they also repaired my crumbling chimney with a permanent fix they also installed gutter guards. Their price was the lowest by far for the job. Other contractors were much more expensive, and when I told these contractors about the lower bid from Rescue My Roof, that’s when they submitted lower bids. I asked myself “Why didn’t they offer that bid at the start?”, and the answer was is they were trying to squeeze me for every penny they could get. In my opinion, that’s a warning sign for being nickled & dimed throughout the project. When they started on my roof, the workers were very cordial, quiet (as roofers could be), and cleaned up after themselves very well. No scraps or nails were found anywhere on my property. That was a huge plus because no one wants to drive over a stray nail or discover one when walking around the yard. Chris & Ken told me from the start that I wouldn’t have to pay the balance until I was 100% satisfied with the job they did, and they were good on that promise. We did a final walk around, I pointed out a couple of concerns, and they were ether brought up to my standards, or an explanation (not an excuse) was given for my nearly 100-year-old home. 100% satisfaction! My new roof looks great as well. I’ve received many compliments from neighbors, and I am very pleased with the results. From start to finish, Rescue My Roof was top notch, and would refer them to anyone looking for a new roof.

Rescue My Roof gave me the best bid out of the 5 contractors that reached out. They did superior work and left my yard and roof looking spectacular. They even went the extra mile of cutting down stray tree branches, removing an unused antenna, and installing a bathroom exhaust vent. Fantastic Job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am reasonably priced. I try to give discounts to military personnel , service people, and elderly people.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am not high pressure as far as sales. I don’t have a routine. I try to figure out what the customer wants in a new roof and get it for them. Generally I like to give them an estimate to review. Ask me questions, pick out shingle option and color. I try to keep them in the loop when we will begin and then I hope to make them completely satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been to many trainings offered by individual shingle manufacturers. I am State if WI licensed for many years. I have an eye for details.
