- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is the based on quality work and quick response times.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we spend time with the customer to ensure they are fully aware of what needs to be done, how we will do it and what it will cost them. We then keep them in the loop as the job progresses of any delays, changes or price adjustments. Finally we go over what we did, any special things home owner needs to do going forward and last we thank them for their business.
