James was amazing to work with. He is incredibly kind, responsive and a great chef to boot! He was a consummate professional throughout the entire process and worked diligently to make my mother’s birthday dinner a delight (even on short notice). For anyone considering a private chef for the first time for any event, James is an excellent choice and he won’t disappoint!

What an incredible evening with Chef! I cannot say enough. He created an incredible meal that was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! I need to mentiom how great of a guy Chef is. Our son loves cooking and watched him work and askes a ton of questions. Oh and our son cleaned his plate of the first 3 courses before starting to get full lol. We were surprised how long Chef stayed and enjoyed just chatting with him. The food was seriously incredible. I'm looking at these photos and can recall the tastes of each like it was yesterday, not last month. Bonus; he left all the extra food and ingredients!!

Chef James and sous chef/server cooked for my mom’s 80th birthday at our family’s home this past Saturday. We could not be more pleased. He made the process streamlined from start to finish. We were happy with the cost. The food was phenomenal. The great job in cleaning up was the icing on the cake. We will not hesitate calling again on Chef James.

James was wonderful to work with. The food was fantastic (many people said it was the best steak they had EVER had - it melted in your mouth)! We had a party of 18, & he accommodated everybody's likes, dislikes, & allergies. He offered numerous options for each food course & we were able to narrow it down & tweak items for personal preferences. Watching him prepare, cook, & serve each course was amazing! He provides all of his own cookware, tableware, silverware, etc. My kitchen was just as clean, if not cleaner, than when he came. With James in charge of the food, I was able to totally relax & enjoy visiting with everyone. I would definitely recommend James & would not hesitate to hire him again! Thanks, James!

My girlfriends and I were looking for something interesting and fun to do and decided a cooking class fit the criteria. James was engaging and is an excellent chef, so we ate well and we all learned something, whether it was a recipe, how to prepare an ingredient in a different way or a new technique for prepping veggies that we use everyday. He is patient and answers all questions thoroughly. We had a great time and would do it again!
