Without any recommendation to go on, we took our chances with Chef James for our first personal chef dinner party of 8. Without a doubt, the experience exceeded our expectations!!!

James was amazing to work with. He is incredibly kind, responsive and a great chef to boot! He was a consummate professional throughout the entire process and worked diligently to make my mother’s birthday dinner a delight (even on short notice). For anyone considering a private chef for the first time for any event, James is an excellent choice and he won’t disappoint!

What an incredible evening with Chef! I cannot say enough. He created an incredible meal that was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! I need to mentiom how great of a guy Chef is. Our son loves cooking and watched him work and askes a ton of questions. Oh and our son cleaned his plate of the first 3 courses before starting to get full lol. We were surprised how long Chef stayed and enjoyed just chatting with him. The food was seriously incredible. I'm looking at these photos and can recall the tastes of each like it was yesterday, not last month. Bonus; he left all the extra food and ingredients!!
