- What types of customers have you worked with?
I help get people's computers back up and running quickly whether it is virus or malware removal, speeding up your hard drive, setting up a network or just training you on various computer topics. I am happy to help in any way that I can be of service to you.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Our neighbor had a laptop that had been running so slowly that she hadn't even turned it on for almost two years. When she found out that I did computer repair, she told me that she was having issues. I told her that I would be happy to look at it for her. It took me a good part of the night to get rid of the viruses and get things back up and running smoothly, but the look on her face when I gave it back to her in pristine shape was priceless! I didn't even charge her for my time but just asked her that if she knew anyone who needed help to please refer me. She was one happy customer =)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I think that the most important quality in a pc repair tech is how well does he communicate what the issues are to you and more importantly, how well does he/she communicate how to prevent the issue in the future. Not only will I fix your computer, I will take the time to teach you how to help avoid or fix the issue yourself in the future. I believe that it is important to build a strong relationship with my customers and gain their trust. By doing this they know I am there not just for their money but because I genuinely care and enjoy helping others
