FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive with other electrical contractors in the area. I am not the least expensive nor the most expensive. I charge a fair price and deliver excellent service. There is a standard trip fee and a 3% fee for card transactions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The needs of the customer are discussed along with associated costs before moving to scheduling. For large or complex projects, an on-site assessment is performed and an itemized estimate is sent following the assessment for customer approval before scheduling the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a WI Licensed Master Electrician. I have experience on very large commercial/industrial projects and also smaller commercial work and residential electrical. I now mostly perform residential and commercial work.
