Ben cut, sealed and installed new floor boards on our 12’ x 29’ deck. He delivered as promised and was punctual, pleasant and affordable. He also worked well with a teenage assistant who has been helping us prepare our house for sale. He even did me a favor without pause when I asked for help moving and setting up a heavy ladder. I definitely would hire him again.

First of all Ben was pleasant and courteous. However I was surprised that he didn't have everything needed to do the job. But very surprised when I gave him a check payable to his LLC he didn't have a business bank account .I wrote it out to him personally. Also I asked for a proposal stating what he was doing for me. After this encounter with Thumbtack I think I will hire professional people that is recommended by friends and relatives in my area. I feel sorry to yet you know this but perhaps you need to check out your contractors thoroughly before they are on your site.
