- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so we provide pricing based on your specific needs, not flat estimates. We also offer flexible options for different budgets. Most window and door installation projects depend on size, materials, and the number of units being replaced. After a quick discussion or on-site visit, we provide a clear, written quote so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins. We focus on quality installation, proper fit, and long-term performance—not cutting corners or rushing jobs. Estimates are always free, and there is no pressure or obligation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and straightforward. First, we learn about your project and what you’re looking to replace or install. If needed, we schedule a quick on-site visit to take measurements and evaluate the work. Most estimates can be provided within 24–48 hours. Next, we provide a clear, written estimate with options based on your budget and goals. We take time to explain everything so you can make an informed decision without pressure. Once approved, we schedule the installation at a convenient time, show up on time, complete the work professionally, and clean up the job site before leaving. We stay available for any follow-up questions after the job is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college degree in Construction Management and over 10 years of hands-on experience installing windows, doors and siding. My background combines formal construction education with real-world installation work, so I understand both the technical and practical sides of each project—from proper measurement and fit to long-term performance and energy efficiency. I continue to stay up to date on installation best practices and product improvements to ensure high-quality, reliable results for every customer.
