- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have standard pricing system. Prices always depend on the size of the house, project I will be doing, how many people live there, extra services/deep cleaning that can be included, pets etc. After meeting my Clients and understanding their needs, I provide free estimates that include all the details and all requested services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start the process I set up a meeting, in which Customer gets to know me, ask me questions and tell me about his/her's needs. I usually also get to see the "project" which is the area I will be working in, so later on I can give them my quote. I always send the quote same day that meeting had place. After the quote we agree on schedule, and I start with the Initial Cleaning, followed by Maintenance Cleaning later on. Of course it all depends on the type of service that client has requested 😊I always check in with my Customers during the week and I am easy reachable via email or phone for any questions or concerns 😊
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have traveled the world as a stewardess and I have worked in hotels and a hospital. My professional training is constantly updated by my area of work. I have done courses with ECOLAB in the past, as well as periodically courses of safety as well as understanding and maintaining the MSDS ( Material Safety Data Sheet).
