You were looking for someone to assemble furniture for you and it is clearly stated that I charge $70 an hour. I shared it with you that it would be best If you waited until everything you ordered arrived before I started you informed me you would like me to put your entertainment center together because it was there. You informed me the fireplace had not yet arrived as it was there to be there that day. I assembled it and you paid me for my time as we agreed upon. I clearly let you know that I would be there on the fourth to put the rest of the furniture together and install the fireplace as well, because the fireplace did not arrive. You later messaged me saying you didn’t need me because you had a family member that was going to help you finish putting your furniture together and you no longer needed my services. On the 4th, you reached out to me wondering when I was going to come and finish putting the fireplace together asking if I was going to charge you for it. I let you know I would gladly drive there and install it and yes, I would have to charge you for it. I charge $70 an hour with $70 minimum. I offered to FaceTime and walk you through the steps to finish installing the fireplace so your family member would be able to do it properly. You were unwilling to cooperate with FaceTime and unwilling to allow me to come and pay me. I do quality work. I am clear on what I charge and I fully respect my customers their time and money and do everything I can help be a blessing.
