Deb was so wonderful to work with. We hired her only for day of coordination, but she was so willing to help if we had any questions about planning and needed help with anything leading up to the wedding. She helped ensure that our day was fun and totally stress free!

Deb (Intrust Events) was the Day-Of wedding coordinator for our August 2024 wedding. We felt an immediate release of stress and worry once we hired her. She was able to coordinate far more than just the day of the wedding. Deb helped us build the timeline for the day, coordinated the set up for our various vendors (flowers, DJ, cake and photographer), and seamlessly addressed several last minutes hiccups on the day of the wedding. When we arrived at the venue, she took over on making sure any last-minute payments were made, guests were taken care of, and that the bride and groom were in the right place at the right time for all of the big events. Had we known then what we know now, we would have hired her to help plan the entire wedding, not just the day of. Deb was exceptionally professional, responsive and flexible. She was the calming force we needed to help set us at ease. Well worth the investment, thanks Deb!

Deb was indispensable on our wedding day! Having handled the majority of the planning myself, I was doubtful I needed a day-of coordinator, but I am beyond happy to have brought Deb on board. Leading up to the wedding, she helped craft a detailed schedule that all of the vendors and members of the wedding party found tremendously useful. She then navigated tension with the venue in regards to the rehearsal and set up.On the wedding day, Deb ensured all of the vendors knew when and where to set up. She kept me updated before I arrived at the venue. She saw to my maid of honor when she fell ill during the reception. And overall kept everything running smoothly. Without Deb - and her assistant, Alyssa - I would not have been able to fully relax and enjoy the wedding. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, as I was, stop thinking about it and get Deb on your team. You won't regret it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have starting prices for our events and wedding packages but we work with each customer individually to customize both the experience and the cost. Each customer receives a personalized event proposal after our first planning meeting.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the time to understand what you are looking for and listen to your desires regarding the event. We will ask questions to help build a picture of what you are sharing and then build a personalized event proposal. This proposal not includes costs, but also a vision board so we can start bringing our collaborative ideas to life.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified event planner with over 25 years of customer experience. Highly professional, successful, female entrepreneur.
