Hello, My name is Michaela Maas, I own and operate Sensational Stems LLC, which is located right in the center of the State. I am located in Coloma, Wi. I opened as a full time shop in 2020, right in the middle of COVID! I formerly ran two other shops as General Manager and Lead Florist. I left to start my own business from home in 2018, and have not looked back since! I bring with me 10 years of floral experience at the young age of 27! What that means for you is I have modern designs, out of the box creativity, and a ton of energy to create your Sensational Event! I offer flowers for EVERY occasion, specializing in funerals and weddings. I also offer event planning, coordination and decoration services! I'm even an ordained minister! I've performed many weddings near and far, including right in my own shop! That's right I customize every event or ceremony to what you need, and where you need it! Here at Sensational Stems we are extremely committed to being community focused! We take pride in coming from a small town, helping our neighbors, and being a source for all in our community. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I build ANY wedding or event within YOUR budget, but also maintain your style and requests. You receive a free throw bouquet, and free cake flowers that we put on. Every year I have discounts. Call the shop to discuss. Military, and off season discounts, as well as same year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to sit down and meet with all brides and grooms either at my shop or if they are traveling from afar via facetime or zoom. I will even meet them somewhere in between my shop and their area! I meet with my new couples for about a 45 minute meeting to get an itemized list and by the end of the meeting we will have a quote for you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of experience working in the field.
