Came in at the lowest price. Worked on floor and pointed out fibers from concrete grinding/prep work. Came back on own time to scrap fibers down and reapplied another top coat.(only paid for materials 2nd time). nice to work with an honest person. Jim also painted a neighbors home while he was in the area. Neighbor was pleased with the prep work and paint job. Would hire again.

Jim was great to work with. Extremely responsive and communicative which is always so appreciated when working with contractors.
