She did a really great job with our adoption profile video, particularly with helping get a genuine emotional representation of our family. We felt awkward going into the project which was required by our agency, but Melissa made us feel really comfortable.

I had a time-sensitive project that involved pulling together various short video clippings into a long film type format and saved onto a two-disc DVD final product . I provided her with nearly two dozen video clippings that had various background qualities and of various lengths. In the end, Melissa's work exceeded my expectations. She was able to make a very professional looking product under a tight timeline. Melissa was highly responsive at all hours of the day, very thoughtful and professional and she always had a recommended solution to any little or big problems that cropped up. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
at this time I do not have a standard pricing system as I take in each project and determine a price that works with the clients wants/needs and budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to have a face to face meeting to get a chance to get to know who the customer is, understand their goals and be able to walk them through the the process so we both understand what the end product is and what's doable for the budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Independent Digital Film Bachelors degree from Madison Media Institute
