- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a quote based on the needs of each individual couple. My fees are very affordable based on the customized needs of each event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send my quote to the couple. Once the couple accepts my quote, we may meet in person or have a phone conversation. If the couple would like my services, I will send out an agreement/contract to confirm the reservation and event date and time. I typically work through email. I will send samples of ceremonies, vows, readings, etc that would be included in the ceremony. I provide the couple with as much information and meeting time as they would like in order to feel comfortable that their ceremony is exactly as they want it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common ceremonies are smaller, intimate occasions not in a church environment. I have done larger ceremonies, in various venues which really makes me love what I do!
