Our Pro came on time and was very professional. She had some creative ideas. She could use a little work on posing the subjects. My glasses had turned dark outside, and I had sunglasses on for the shots. She might have mentioned it. However, she did fix my eyes to look normal.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I quote based on travel. I try and keep my prices reasonable, as to not break the bank.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try and make them comfortable. I understand that sometimes, having someone taking your pictures makes you feel weird. It's ok! We all feel that way. That's why I like to talk to my clients to put them at ease. Pretty soon it doesn't even feel like a photo shoot. Just a couple of people having conversation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been into photography for a long time. When I was able to buy a good camera, that's when I accidentally started a business!
