- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The hourly rate listed for movers includes the labor team, tools, and padding to protect your belongings. The hourly rate DOES NOT reflect the moving truck or travel over 30 minutes away from our starting location.. Please call for an estimate so we can make sure to give an accurate price including any and all needs you may have. Such as; boxes, tape, rope, labels, markers, appliance dolly, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i like to start with a phonecall and possibpy a few photos of your rooms so we can determine how much time the project will take, and then collect any and all information for our system as we can. We also give some helpful tips and hints to save the customer time and effort in the packing process should they decide to tackle the job themselves!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained in the Uhaul university and on the job for over 20 years now.
