ABOUT US:
VIDART is a professional videography, film production and photography studio located out of the Madison, Wisconsin and Chicago, Illinois areas, operating throughout the Midwest and a member of the WPPA (Professional Photographer's Association).
We offer a flat all-inclusive day rate for events up to 8-10 hours, and a half day rate as well. If your event is more than 10 hours, we can stay additional hours if needed at no additional charge. Our packages include albums, prints, DVDs, hard drives and have no hidden, unexpected fees or additional costs.
FULL DAY WEEKEND RATES (8-10 hours):
$2,000 for just photography or videography with editing. Includes an edited highlight video, two DVDs or blu ray discs or for photography, photoshop enhancements for selected photos plus a photo album with 200 prints.
$3,000 for both photography and videography with editing plus DVDs and photo album with 200 prints included.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required for all reservations.
HALF DAY WEEKDAY RATE (4-5 hours).
$800 for Madison, Galena and Dubuque.
$1,200 for Milwaukee, Chicago, Davenport, Rockford, Janesville, Iowa City and all other areas in Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa.
$2,000 for both videography and photography.
$300 deposit required.
PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY (weekdays):
$500, includes photography up to 2 hours, photo editing and a digital album.

We offer free aerial drone photography and videography, 360" photography and videography, backdrops, lighting, wireless Sennheiser lav recording and teleprompters upon request.
We use only the best equipment, with heavy duty Manfrotto tripods, a 4K cinema camera with interchangeable lenses for videography, a 3 point LED RGB lighting system, a gimbal for mobile filming with a Panasonic GH6 outfitted with a Sennheiser shotgun microphone, and drone, action and 360 cameras upon request. For photography, we use professional Canon equipment, Sigma Art prime lenses, tripods and a 3 point wireless flash photography system for low light environments or stylized portraits.
We do not keep the copyright to your videos and photos, or force you to buy prints from a specific photo lab as some photographers do. You will own and retain the copyright to your photos and videos.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE WITH OUR SERVICE:
One day of photography and/or videography using professional camera equipment, lenses, tripods, lighting, remote flash, backdrops and more. An experienced photographer will be there to help guide you and make you look your best in shots by directing your individual poses, groups and location backgrounds.
A photo album with 200 prints.
An online photo album with selected photos.
For photography, an online backup of all photos you can download via the web.
Footage and highlight videos will be provided on an external hard drive. Backups of all footage on YouTube will be provided as well as two DVD or blu ray discs with the highlight videos.
