Our wedding photography is a bit different than your standard posed wedding shots. Although we will definitely set aside time for family photos, our specialty is documenting emotion, real moments, expressions, capturing the day as it was. Our shots are not stylized, "photoshopped", nor big productions. We try to be as unobtrusive as possible to get classic shots that won't look dated in 50 years. We also offer two photographer coverage, to get the strongest shots and varied perspectives being in two places at once. I shoot with a Leica rangefinder camera, which is quite different than a DSLR. It means I can't fire off 20 pictures a second and just give you the best one. Everything about each shot is deliberate and thought out. Exposures are set manually, focus is manual, even the flash is manually calculated. The character and quality of the pictures this camera produces can't be matched, especially when paired with vintage lenses. Our prints are all silver halide prints, not inkjet prints. Which means they are exposed onto light sensitive paper, and processed just as a film negative would be. They are the highest quality, best looking print you can get and they have a 200 year archival value! That I get to make money on my hobby? What's not to like!
