Jose sent his lead man today to repair a couple of roof leaks on my shingle roof. His man showed on time, and promptly went up on the roof. I told him about where the leak was, and he found it almost right away. There was a dollar coin sized hole in one of the shingles. He repaired that by replacing 3 shingles, then also looked around the roof at the chimney flashing and exhaust hood and found some un-caulked screws. He fixed those up as well. He also found another damaged shingle just below the roof vent-pipe, and replace that shingle as well. All in all, I am totally happy with his work!
