Based on the reviews, I figured it would be a no-show. I was right. I'm sure there will be an angry comment or reason as to why she couldn't show up below in response. I didn't receive a text update, which is standard courtesy and arguably a responsibility in a professional setting if something in life comes up. It's a shame.

I wrote to Kathryn at Immaculate Cleaning in a bind and needing a move-out cleaning in short order after a previously scheduled cleaner canceled at the last minute. She responded promptly, was professional and polite, offered a reasonable price, and thankfully was able to assist within a day. And -- wow -- my 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom house was spotless by the time she finished: kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. She was able to get things looking clean/shiny that hadn't looked that way for quite some time. I don't think any smudge went unnoticed and would definitely employ her services again. Highly recommended!!

Additional $15 if you have pets in the home
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give an estimate, do a walk thru, ask if there’s any additional services they’d like to set up and additional fees included in estimate, book an appointment, do an initial deep clean so that cleanings after that point are up to standard and we can work out rotations of rooms for special attention and deep clean thru out the month on a recurring basis.
