I wrote to Kathryn at Immaculate Cleaning in a bind and needing a move-out cleaning in short order after a previously scheduled cleaner canceled at the last minute. She responded promptly, was professional and polite, offered a reasonable price, and thankfully was able to assist within a day. And -- wow -- my 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom house was spotless by the time she finished: kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. She was able to get things looking clean/shiny that hadn't looked that way for quite some time. I don't think any smudge went unnoticed and would definitely employ her services again. Highly recommended!!

This service has done complex post-interior-construction clean up for me, has "turned rental houses over", and has even successfully gotten rid of animal smells in a basement. All their work has been of very high quality and performed on schedule. They have their own supplies and equipment and leave the jobsite spotless.

I used Immaculate Home Cleaning's services to clean out my mom's 3 bedroom apartment when she moved to Arizona. On short notice she asked me to turn her keys in for her and clean out the apartment, I was unable to meet her deadline on time, and had the hardest time finding a company that could come out and get it done for a reasonable price. Katie was amazing, she responded within the hour of inquiry, quoted me a reasonable price. She did a fantastic job, so much so that the fridge and stove looked better than when my mom moved in!! She even did the windowsills!!! I've never had a service even mention the windows. Katie really cares about her work and I will continue to call her for all my cleaning needs!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give an estimate, do a walk thru, ask if there’s any additional services they’d like to set up and additional fees included in estimate, book an appointment, do an initial deep clean so that cleanings after that point are up to standard and we can work out rotations of rooms for special attention and deep clean thru out the month on a recurring basis.
