Tim did a great job painting the interior of our home. We can't believe how bright and open the rooms look now.May 6, 2019Verified
Tim did an excellent job painting the interior of our home. He was somewhat of a perfectionist so really took the time to ensure a clean paint job. He even helped us with paint suggestions and went above and beyond what was expected. His cost was very reasonable and we are very happy with the end results. We would definitely recommend Tim.May 21, 2017Verified
Tim did an outstanding job. He submitted a bid immediately after visiting our home. He listened to our needs. He arrived every day on time, explained what he was going to do and did it in a thoroughly professional manner. He is extremely friendly and outgoing. Our home looks beautiful. I would recommend him to anyone who needs painting. Book soon. He is in high demand for good reason!Aug 8, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is simple. I have done enough painting over the years to be able to tell how long each room will take me. No tape measures here. I take the time I estimate, what I need for labor, and multiply it out. Thumbtack makes giving estimates slightly more challenging. If you could let me know the room dimensions, and if you have ceilings higher than 8'. If the ceilings are to be painted, please let me know if they are vaulted or cathedral type. I like simple!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I prefer to come out and take a look at the project. There seems to always be good and bad factors that can influence the bidding process. After I take a look, I take a few hours to think everything through and submit a bid.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started while I was in college to earn extra money. After graduating from college I went down to Texas and ran a painting business with my brother. I have pretty much just done side jobs over the years until I my "regular" job was eliminated at the end of 2013. I have always enjoyed painting and taking something that doesn't look too good and bringing life back into it.
