Mike is exceptionally good at communicating timelines and progress of work. He worked with my ideas and offered solutions that jived with my vision for turning a dingy 1923 basement into a tidy, clean, and efficient living and workspace. He installed a bathroom with beautiful tiling as well as a laundry space, in addition to tidying up the rest of the basement spaces. I am hesitant to submit this review, as I’m afraid he might become too busy to work on my next project!
