We scheduled a deep clean--the first the house has had since we moved in 15 months ago with our then very brand new baby. The team spent so much time cleaning everything, and the house looked so amazing when they were done. We were absolutely beyond pleased with the results and are already scheduling another cleaning.

She arrived on time. I thought I chose the deep cleaning at $235.00 for my first cleaning. She did my windows, dusting and vacuuming. My bathrooms sparkle. The laundry room was untouched. There were several drips of detergent on the floor and some dust bunnies which are still there, washer and dryer are still dusty. She wiped down my kitchen appliances but did not clean the sink. Laminate floors look a bit smeared but not a big deal because we have dogs. Unsure if she dusted the ceiling fans, I dusted them after she left and they were still dirty. Probably will use this service monthly, but not deep cleaning, just a more reasonably priced regular cleaning. I don’t feel we received $235.00 worth of cleaning. She was here for 3 hours.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Up to 3hrs is $130 3hrs up to 4hrs $195 cleaning supplies included except vacuum you need to provide vacuum
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give them an estimate and when I get there if it will take longer I will tell them before I go over the hours estimated, because sometimes you do not really see everything until you actually start cleaning
