- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For roofing/siding repairs we typically start at $150 and go from there. Variables depend on pitch, how many stories, and size of repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk to the customer and find out what work is needed. We then come out and look/measure the project. We will answer any questions the home owner has. Leave a written estimate and go over everything in the estimate. Then go over samples and answer any other questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and enroll in continuing education for contractors, we attend safety seminars to keep a safe workplace. We are also accredited by the BBB and carry an A+ rating. We've taken the GAF Green pledge for recycling our shingles. We're a GAF certified contractor.
