- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Herzing University and graduated in 2000 with an Associates in Electronics Engineering Technology. I have also been factory trained on several fire alarm systems and burg systems. None of that compares to the years of experience and different systems I have trouble shot.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working as a voice and data cable installer about 15 years ago. I transitioned into a systems technician doing fire alarms, cctv, burglar alarms and card access systems for the last 12 years.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask lots of questions. An honest provider will tell you if they don't have an answer and a good one will tell you they will get an answer for you.
