    I charge a flat rate, plus additional charges for travel and Thumbtack.

    I have a CompTIA A+ certification for general hardware and software support.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I began my journey into computer repair after the family PC failed, and there was no one available to repair it. After rebuilding the computer myself, I discovered a love of troubleshooting and bringing back malfunctioning machines into good working condition.
