Hello! My name is Trista. My passion is to help those who feel overwhelmed, blocked, or stuck to tidy their mind, body, soul, and surroundings. If you find yourself feeling not quite like your old self, or feeling embarrassed to have guests in your space, you are absolutely not alone. There is no judgement here. My goal is to help bring a sense of peace, calm, and lightness to your life. The home is a reflection of our internal world. If our minds feel cluttered and without direction, usually the items we own reflect that. My job is to help you sort this out. I am one of 100 people worldwide—and the first ever in Wisconsin!—certified by Marie Kondo as a Master Consultant in the KonMari Method® of professional home organizing (as seen on “Tidying Up” and “Sparking Joy” on Netflix)! I help clients learn to acknowledge what sparks joy for them and learn to discard with gratitude what no longer serves them. We focus on intention and what is truly important in your everyday life. I am also an energy healer and psychic. Using modalities such as Reiki, Spiritual Response Therapy, and The Emotion Code, I strive to teach you how to use your inner guide, your intuition, to show you what you need to feel completely fulfilled in life and remove any old thoughts and patterns that are preventing you from getting there. Once we remove what no longer serves you emotionally and physically, you are ready to take on the world in a much more positive and balanced mindset.
