- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For some things it is easy to have set prices however often times the projects have to be quoted on a case by case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When they call I try to get some information and schedule a time to perform a no cost estimate. The same method applies to email or text message it's up to the customer and what works for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have carried licensing for almost a decade that requires me to have a prescribed amount of continued education. But above that I attend seminars that relate to the building industry to keep up on the changing technology and latest materials.
