I was very pleased with the independence of this for me. For various and sundry reasons I had to trust them to remove the concrete and the structure above it starting when I was not there. I had not even met them yet. I was very trepidations. But everything turned out well and when I got home everything had been done. What I also like about them is that unlike another firm I interviewed, they were willing to waterproof the side of the house where the concrete structure had been taken away. They expressed concern that if I left it alone, water could in. The other firm never told me about this. Finally, my vision of somebody in this business was a bit older with a potbelly. I was wrong. Women take note.
