My pricing reflects the scope of work, materials, and time involved. I aim to be fair and transparent — not the cheapest option, but focused on quality workmanship, reliability, and clear communication. I run a fully licensed and insured business, and my estimates reflect the level of care and professionalism I bring to each project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the customer’s goals, timeline, and budget. From there, I evaluate the scope of work and provide clear recommendations along with an honest estimate. Once everything is agreed on, we schedule the work and keep communication open throughout the project to make sure expectations are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes many years of hands-on experience in home improvement and remodeling, along with holding a Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor Qualifier (DCQ) and Dwelling Contractor license. I stay current on building standards and best practices to ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and in compliance with applicable requirements.
