- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of your home and whether it be a deep clean, regular cleaning, new construction, one time clean, recurring cleaning. Clients who go with me for recurring service get a discounted price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process working with new customers is asking them as many questions when we first talk whether it be a phone call or messaging over the phone/thumbtack about what there cleaning needs are. I also want to make sure I answer any questions they may have and then we move forward with setting up a FREE quote where I can come to there home and meet the client and give them an accurate/honest quote. I can't wait to help you with your cleaning needs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning for 6 years and love taking the stress of cleaning off of peoples hands so they have more time for themselves and family! I love knowing that I can make someone's day a little better by giving them a clean home!
