- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is scaled depending on occupancy both size and tenant type. A good rule of thumb is roughly 10% of the rents again though subject to other factors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most important is to find out what the customer is looking for in their property manager, what their needs truly are. If it is determined to be a good fit we will get into more of the detail of their business and how they want to improve on from a past experience etc. Should for one reason or another it be determined to not be a good fit or doesn't meet our skill set or ability we let the customer know that too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience in dealing with all walks of life when it comes to customers. With over 32 years combined commercial construction construction experience we have had the good fortune to meet, work with and exceed expectations from many walks of life. Also currently managing a multi-tenant location housing a salon, quick service food and retail we have proven success if working directly with the tenants.
