I provide on-site computer repair. I can do anything, from hardware troubleshooting and replacement to virus removal, basic software training, or pretty much anything else involving a computer. I have 3 associates degrees related to computers, as well as over 10 years of experience working everywhere, from Fortune 500 companies down to individual's home computers. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the person you're going to has some form of training, too many times I've gone in after a "Tech" even from a big box store, only to see that they weren't sure what they were doing and had to charge the customer so they could have it done right.
