FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are very competitive in the both the local market and the national one for the qualification that I bring to the table, in addition they are inclusive of all fees no adds such as range balls, simulator costs or on course lesson at Missing Links. I run an early season special thru April with a 15% discount on all lessons but do not packages off of that price but students pay as they go. May consider a in season morning lesson special as those are usually softer lesson time frames.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Allow for plenty of questions and answer sessions, along with making sure the student understands the request through repetition and drills from a daily practice drill.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a long time P.G.A. Member (1989), since then I have attended many teaching seminars along with reading many articles and books on the subject. In 2010, I went through the process of becoming a Certified Instructor through the P.G.A. with the intent of increasing my lesson business and reputation for teaching.
