I have had three experiences working with Dean Leisgang, Executive Director of ETP-NEW, and all of them have been very positive. Dean has come to Denmark to film 6 students on two different occasions for My Public School Experience. Dean is highly professional, yet is able to get students to relax and be confident as well as work very well with parents and staff. The videos Dean produces are not just a recap of student successes, but he is able to tell a story within a very short time frame. I have used the videos to present all of Denmark staff and students in a positive light. I couldnt be more pleased with how they have turned out. Dean also was employed by the Association for Equity in Funding, a State advocacy group in which I am on the steering committee. The video we want Dean to produce was telling a story how the State of Wisconsin is not meeting the needs of all students in the State. Dean again did a great job of pulling together the wide variety of people we had speaking about this important subject. We have used the video throughout the State in our presentations. I highly recommend Dean Leisgang, Executive Director of ETP-NEW, for high quality video production. In 2015 he produced a video of a complex community session of a hundred participants, capturing their energy, debating ideas, working together on tables, writing their ideas on large sheets of paper taped to the walls, and making presentations to the large group, as well as some one-to-one interviews. His shots were focused and clear using room natural lighting and the audio from varying distances were right on. Most impressive, Dean is a pleasure to work with.
