- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not upcharge for materials only my time to pick them up, unless it is something i have in stock. Then there is a small charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually meet before hand to go over scope of work for bigger projects. Or meet day of for smaller projects, either way sign proposal to ensure them they're getting what they all want done and the estimated price they will pay.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing things like this or related to this my whole life from working for family as a child to doing construction as a teenager to take all the tech and building classes available throughout school and working construction from 18 years old to present, also certified by training program. I feel nothing beats the hands on experience, but we all learn differently.
