Ben did a great job swapping out a 5 blade ceiling fan that was dangling from the ceiling in a house I bought. Installing the new fan revealed an issue with the light switch, which Ben also took care of while he was there. He also secured my bathroom medicine cabinet after a my failed DIY instillation. Ben was responsive in communication, his prices were extremely fair and the work was done in the time estimated. I happily recommend his services and would like to have him back for a few more jobs.

Ben did a great job installing 3 ceiling fans in our bedrooms. We bought fans for him to install. We did not have electrical boxes on ceilings so he installed and ran to wall switch. I could not be happier with the end results.

Ben and his assistant did an excellent job installing my 3 ceiling fans. Not only were they on time they were actually early and they had to wait on me! They were very professional and courteous during the entire installation process. Ben took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and went out of his way to make sure that everything was perfect before he left. I would definitely recommend Ben and his crew for any maintenance or installation needs.

For small Handyman jobs I charge $65 per hour with a two hour minimum. For bigger jobs I provide a estimate for labor.

I love to setup appointments for a in home consultation. I feel it's better to met the person your trusting with your projects.
