I have been practicing yoga with Alex for the past 3 years. She is a fantastic instructor. Her classes combine strength, flexibility, and balance that will challenge you, and make you feel like you have done something worthwhile and beneficial for your body and mind. During her class, she'll give you options to increase or decrease your level of intensity, based on your ability level.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a discount for booking 10 sessions at a time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask new clients to have a phone call or a Zoom meeting before our first class. During our meeting, I'd gather your health history, your personal health goals, and challenges. This conversation will help me create a yoga sequence suited to your specific needs. For clients outside of Milwaukee, I offer yoga and meditation classes and Ayurvedic Health Consultation via Zoom only.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Experienced 200 hr Yoga Teacher based in Milwaukee, WI. In 2017 I became a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor by National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA). In 2021 I was certified as an Instinctive Meditation teacher. I take many workshops and courses in order to acquire yoga knowledge so I can serve my clients in the best possible way!
