Variety of pricing available for any budget. Prices range depending on length of training term and sessions per week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consults are available for fitness assessments and goal setting. Realistic expectations, education and layout of the training program. We want the new client/customer to feel as comfortable as possible when beginning a new training program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ownership and trainers have 10+ years of experience in human movement systems and personal training with an emphasis on injury rehab, sports performance and weight loss. We worked with a wide variety of clientele and open to helping anyone regardless of current physical condition.
