Som came out on the 4th of July to give us an estimate on windows. He was extremely professional and very personable. He provided us with a fair price, and even threw in a window for free. Overall, it was a great experience so far. We'll see how it turns out once the windows are in.

I was very impressed with their knowledge. Their representative spent 3 hours going over the details of my complicated mess of a roof. My house is nearly 100 years old and still has its original roof. There are many new requirements now and I feel confident this company understands all the modifications my house needs. No other contractor even brought up modifications let alone explain them. I am extremely confident no excited for my new roof.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a date and time to meet with customer and spouse and review the job in person. At that point we leave a Free Estimate that is to the penny for job expense and is also valid for 1 year.
