- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is hard to set a standard price to each project, I personally like to evaluate each job before I provide a price for 2 reasons, one is it allows me to be more competitive when I understand the entire scope of work being presented. The other reason is so that when I arrive, I don't Find things that were not addressed and then have to present more costs. I feel doing it this way helps us all to stay within the budget of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out to your home, and get an accurate view of the work you are looking to have done. This will help me to provide you with the best possible price for your project, and prevent unknown items from changing prices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have working in property management for over 7 years, also i have been a business owner in the trades for over 15 years so i have had a ton of on the job Training. I have also taken several classes on home remodeling.
