The work was done satisfactorily, however the final cost was NOT what I was quoted. They were quick to respond. However, for such a simple job, they charged $100.00 just for showing up, plus the work. No parts were used. Just unplugging a bathroom sink and securing a pedestal sink tighter to the wall. I paid it, but probably won't use them again because of pricing.

We had the clogged main drain that was backing up in the basement cleaned of roots. They came as soon as they could and completed the job quickly. It took twice as much as they had originally anticipated, so the bill was considerably higher than quoted, but still very reasonable. They kept us well informed all throughout the entire project.
