I am so glad I went through with Guthrie. From my sales rep Craig, to the service team, they have been very helpful. I built a home with Trinity Homes out of Kenosha and they messed up my well causing sand to come all in my pipes and water softener... Guthrie was super responsive and came right away to fix the water softener and patently replace it a second time as the builders still have not correctly fixed it. If you want answers right away, a live person, you go here.

The technician that serviced my Storm water treatment system was exceptional. He diagnosed the issue immediately, explained everything clearly and even checked to make sure all the settings on my iron filter and softener were accurate. Im very critical of water treatment technicians because Im a Water Quality Association Certified Water Specialist and couldnt be happier with the service performed on my systems. Thank you.

From the moment we called to schedule an estimate, through the sales explanation, the scheduling calls, the installation, and even a 2nd installation time because of a mistake we made in ordering a drinking faucet, Guthrie and Frey is one of the BEST COMPANIES - fantastic customer service oriented, no pressure sales, expert installers. They could teach other companies how to treat customers!!!

G&F service technicians have provided exemplary service for the last 20-years we have used them. Marty, Jake and all the techs have been friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive to our needs. They have taken care of issues we have with our well water from iron to tannins. I wouldnt use anyone else.
